Complications:
Addiction - Redcaps use blood magic to power their abilities and life essence. As such, they must periodically soke an item close to themselves in blood to rejuvinate themselves. Most often, said item is a hat so it can be kept close to their brain, but is not solely limited to said item. The larger the amount of blood that is soaked, the longer they can go between killings.
Loyalty - The Redcap goblins are independant of any other parties in Faerie World and therefore are loyal to no one.
Monstrous - In their natural forms, Redcaps are short, thickset humanoids with long prominent teeth, skinny fingers armed with talons like eagles, large eyes of a fiery red colour, grisly hair streaming down their shoulders, iron boots, a pikestaff in their left hand, and a red cap on their head.
Mythic Weakness - Redcaps don't have the reputed faerie weakness to iron, but they are affected by religious artifacts and scripture. Their toughness is not impervious to blessed weapons and take +2 to the effect. When exposed to scripture from a holy book and backed by the persons faith, the creatures are forced to flee the area as quickly as possible.
Obsession - Redcaps are fascinated by and love to dwell in ruined castles and the like, especially those places that were once the scenes of, or inhabited by, those who committed tyranny or wicked deeds.
