They are freaks against the world. The Oddballs are unique in that they are not held together by a common goal. They stay together due to camaraderie and friendship. Currently made up of two couples, the Enforcers were brought together through a shared sense of being rejected by the world. Lacking the viscousness of Havok, or the sense of purpose of the Collection Agency, the Oddballs remail an unpredictable, random, and dangerous group.
