A fairly new group of villains; they appear to be mercenary in nature. They claimed responsibility for the deaths of two presidential candidates. Their attack on the Ares II Mars lander was stopped by the team that would become the Gulf State Guardsmen. One of the GSG, Waverunner, talked Elephanteen into giving up and quitting; however, Doctor Might seems to have already been recruiting.
