Located in the converted top two floors of penthouse suites in the Starchylde Casino, the Aces headquarters was converted when bought by the mysterious Macarthur Duncan for the express purpose of creating a superhero headquarters. In addition to the luxury that was already in place for the suites, extra renovations were put in place to help the heroes with their work and their comfort. A special branch of the hotel staff has been assigned to maintain the headquarters and the front desk staff is well aware of special security set up for the headquarters.

After the Aces disbanded and Strikeforce opened their Las Vegas offices, the Sleeve was no longer needed and was converted back into penthouse rooms for the Starchylde Casino.
