A race of telepathic humanoids with chalk-white skin and multicolored hair, the Koezar used to be run by a monarchy until their exiled princess returned, overthrew her dictator brother, and turned the planet into a democracy. Now, the Koezar are aiding the Stellar Brotherhood in establishing a relationship with Earth to ease it into the greater universe community.
