Complications:
Motivation - At heart, Jack is a good person, but he has been told so often how evil he is for what he believes, that he has given in to the perception and decided that, if he's going to be treated as a bad person, he might as well do bad things.
Prejudice - Jack is often treated poorly because of the color of his skin, his heritage, and his religious beliefs.
Religious - In spite of his outward behavior, Jack is a Christian and hopes to one day be forgiven for the sins he commits. This also causes him to try to not commit ones that are harder to be forgiven for, like murder (which is an effort when your weapon of choice is a rocket launcher).
Strange Bedfellows - Fundamentally, Hank and Jack are on opposite sides of the isle on pretty much everything and are often at odds. In spite of this, however, they work well together, whether they wan to admit it or not.
Arrest Warrant - W.A.S.P. is wanted by local and federal law enforcement agencies.
