Complications:
Quirk - Unlike Sea Bolt, Wattronic doesn't have the obvious exterior distinctive features. Instead, her differences are under the skin, leading her to needing special medical care if severely injured enough.
Relationship - Guadalupe is in a physical relationship with Sparkplug, and often acknowledges that there is a "spark" between them.
Water Dependence - Due to the experiments conducted on Guadalupe, she needs to be submerged in water on a regular basis. If she goes more than 12 hours without drenching, her body will start deteriorating.
Hunted - Guadalupe escaped from C.E.R.N.A., which gave her powers. As such, they want to retrieve what they think of as their property, or destroy it if needed.
Arrest Warrant - Wattronic is wanted by local and federal law enforcement agencies.
