Greedy - Water Man is in it for the money.
Weakness - Being made of water has it's flaws. Bryce is brutally-vulnerable to various forms of attack that can affect water. Dirt will leave him muddy and slow-moving. Extremely cold temperatures may freeze him. Incredible heat will evaporate him. Cement can harden him so he can't move, and fire extinguishers & chlorine make him feel sick. Touching a power line or other electrical source will wipe him out completely.
