Known Background: Booker Mooreland was a film actor. He'd specialised in romantic comedies. Then he took a turn at a dramatic role, playing a homicidal killer in an adventure film. Between "the Method" and substance abuse, Mooreland took a step off the deep end and became a killer himself. Realising the one letter difference between "laughter" and "slaughter", his comedic roots maniested through his psychoses. Now he's S'Laughter (pronounced /slaffter/ rather than 'slotter'), a homocidal maniac with a comedic bent.

S'Laughter was created and designed by Ken Hallaron. He is an NPC.
