Complications:
Addiction - The Nobophnk serum has addictive properties.
Patriot - Soldiers on which the drug was used were psychologically screened to insure their loyalty to the motherland.

Background: In this case, the word "nobophnk" is a translation of the word "vindicator." The serum is the reverse-engineered version of the serum used on Vindicator and the basis of the re-reversed drug "OJ."

The Nobophnk serum was created and designed by Jim Caswell. They are all NPCs.
