Complications:
Mistaken Identity - Roberts led Project: titan to believe that the brain they were holding as collateral was actually needed for him to survive. This was false.
Prisoner (Sort Of) - When Robotron tried to take bus-loads of children to robotize, Project:Titan destroyed the brain in an attempt to stop him. The Robotron Infiltrator Android that was present laughed at them. It is currently shut down, jailed inside a Faraday cage to try and keep Robotron from gaining access to them again. Robotron doesn't care.
