Digitally Waterboarded - HEIDI has gone through program manipulation which has led to it being convinced that Project: Titan is the best hope for humanity to protect it from future alien threats (it now knows that the attack it was sent to stop has already occurred).
Gender Blind - HEIDI does not understand the difference of how the sexes interact, it sees men and woman as the same for the purpose of interaction. It does not understand concepts like chivalry or gentleman-ship.
