Complications:
Block - The former Adaptoid Agents have had a mental block forced upon them that keeps them from speaking of the person that enslaved them.
Freedom Fighters - The Xeno-Shepherds are dedicated to assisting extraterrestrials in leaving Earth. This is, in part, in an effort to free them from potential captivity, but also to free humanity from their influences so that what happened to them won't be repeated on future generations.
Hybrid - Lex is extremely far decended from an alien shapeshifter who came to Earth milinias ago. As such, that particular strain of DNA has been activated, giving him shape-shifting abilities.
PTSD - All of the Xeno-Shepherds suffer, on some level, from Post-Tramatic Stress Disorder due to the memory of things they were forced to do and mental atrocities committed upon them.
Dis-illusioned Patriot - Lex was kidnapped from his home in Moscow, which would not of been unusual during the days of the USSR, but in modern day Russia, it was unexpected. He later learned that he was taken by an operative within the Russian heirarchy and turned over to IOGWP when his genetic difference was discovered. Since then, he has trouble trusting in the government.
Vulnerability - Granar hybrids have an adverse reaction to the earth metal lead. Weapons made from the metal get +5 damage.
Wanted - The former Adaptoid Agents are hunted by Project: Titan. The Xeno-Shepherds acknowledge this and have decided to take the fight to them.
