Monstrous - During the three days of the new moon, Rob becomes more primal and easy to anger, driven by a more animalistic brain. He must make an INT check to do some of the more basic thinking that normal people take for granted. If he fails any check, he becomes enraged.
Power Complication - Rob Graves cannot control his changes. During the three nights of the full moon he takes on one form, and during the new moon he becomes even more dangerous.
Strange Appearance - Rob Graves is over 12' tall, with porcelain white skin and a frightening visage during the three days of the new moon.
