Complications:
Knowledge - Prism spent a short period of time on Earth-K when he was younger. He sought out that earth's light-based hero, Spectrum. It made choosing a candidate to vote for easy back in his home dimension when Jones ran for President.
Responsibility - John feels he represents both heroes of color, and the youth of America (having began is career as a teen).
Weakness - Darkness attacks, and energy absorbing attacks both get +5 effect against Prism.
Dimensional Vulnerability, Part 1 - All residents of Earth-Y are particularly vulnerable to Chaos Stone-powered psionics. Mind Reading and other effects vs Will powered by the Chaos Stone get +5 effect.
