Age - Penny is a 13 year old girl with all of the physical, social and emotional limitations that accompany it.
Daddy(?) Issues - Penny loves Doctor Claw, even though she feels like she barely knows them. She knows that they are her parent (though its unclear if its as father or mother), and is dutiful and loyal to tehm to a fault.
Identity - As Doctor Claw's powers and amnesia manifested at such an early time in Penny's life, there is much about her own history and heritage that she doesn't know, including her given surname. As such, she has recently adopted the last name of Clausdotter.
Power Loss - Penny has her mental powers thanks to the extradimensional entity that currently possesses her. If that entity leaves, those powers go with it.
