Motivation - Vee Dee really, really loves fighting. He is obsessed with his music, and he wants to find that one, perfect sound to accompany his dancing, which looks a lot like fighting.
Predictability - Vee Dee, like all Boulevard Brawlers, cannot simply "spam" out the same attack over and over again, as the opponent will expect the attacks, and be ready for them (and a counterattack). The third time he tries the same technique in a short span, he will be at -2 to Accuracy, AND to his Active Defenses in that round. All will decrease by 2 every successive round the same move is done.
Reputation - To most people, Vee Dee is an abreviation of Vincent's name. To those in the know, its also an acknowledgement of his medical status.
Arrest Warrant - Vee Dee is wanted for property damage and public endangerment by local, federal and global law enforcement agencies.
