Distinctive Features - Chun-Ki has extremely thick and muscular thighs and calves, which was the source of her nickname from the more mean members of the community. Others, however, are extremely drawn to her because of them.
Motivation - Chun-Ki really, really loves fighting.
Predictability - Chun-Li, like all Boulevard Brawlers, cannot simply "spam" out the same attack over and over again, as the opponent will expect the attacks, and be ready for them (and a counterattack). The third time she tries the same technique in a short span, she will be at -2 to Accuracy, AND to her Active Defenses in that round. All will decrease by 2 every successive round the same move is done.
Arrest Warrant - Chun-Li is wanted for property damage and public endangerment by local, federal and global law enforcement agencies.
