Monstrous - Blanka is bright green, and has bright orange hair (unless its some other combination of colors). He cannot pass for an ordinary human.
Motivation - Blank-Ah really, really loves fighting.
Predictability - Blank-Ah, like all Boulevard Brawlers, cannot simply "spam" out the same attack over and over again, as the opponent will expect the attacks, and be ready for them (and a counterattack). The third time he tries the same technique in a short span, he will be at -2 to Accuracy, AND to his Active Defenses in that round. All will decrease by 2 every successive round the same move is done.
Quirk - Blank-Ah speaks in a gutteral, beast-like accent due to being away from humans for so long. As such, he follows all of his words with a grunted "ah" sound.
Arrest Warrant - Blank-Ah is wanted for property damage and public endangerment by local, federal and global law enforcement agencies.

Blank-Ah was adapted by Jim Caswell, a parody of the character Blanka from Capcom's Street Fighter. He is an NPC.
