Background - Some time in the mid-to-late 1950s, a bikini-clad girl had her aquatic mutation triggered after staying in the water to long. A modified version of this urban legend was written into song by Paul Vance, and first released by Brian Highland. Over 55 years later, Suzy is still blue, and still has the body of a young teen-aged girl. She is extremely bitter and is striking back against the world.
