Motivation - Ballrag really, really loves fighting. While he used to be a well-respected major in the U.S. Marines, his brawling cost him his commission.
Predictability - Ballrag, like all Boulevard Brawlers, cannot simply "spam" out the same attack over and over again, as the opponent will expect the attacks, and be ready for them (and a counterattack). The third time he tries the same technique in a short span, he will be at -2 to Accuracy, AND to his Active Defenses in that round. All will decrease by 2 every successive round the same move is done.
Quirk - Mikey has an almost unnatural, childlike voice which is counterintuitive to his rough exterior. As such, if Mikey speaks while trying to intimidate someone, he becomes a -5 to Intimidation checks.
You Don't Get to Pick Your Nickname... - Byson wanted to be called The Bull or Balrog, but after a nasty fight finish where his foe finished the fight sitting on his face in very tight shorts, the name Ballrag stuck.
Arrest Warrant - Ballrag is wanted for property damage and public endangerment by local, federal and global law enforcement agencies.

Ballrag was adapted by Jim Caswell, a parody of the character Balrog from Capcom's Street Fighter. He is an NPC.
