A Lot To Lose - Neuberg used to be president of the middle eastern country of Jerijinjonjay, Winanstan. Since the Champions of Justice broke up IOGWP, however, Karl was found out and lost almost everything.
Relationships - Neuberg was extremely loyal to Gardner, which made him an excellent right-hand man. He is also deeply in love with Carina Ngeso.
