Complications:
Motivation: Family Honour - Stan is the heir of the Blue Falcon and Tiger, and the more recent heir of the Silver Falcon. He has big boots to fill.
Motivation: Patriotism - Despite the suspicion he has endured, having a Chinese family, Stan Li is a proud Sino-American.
Political Suspicion - A cetury ago, Stan's grandfather, Li An'Lung or Tony Lee, moved to the U.S. from China. Stan's uncle, Bu's father, had returned to China. Even though Bu, himself, returned to the U.S. as an adult, this has caused the Americans and Chinese to view the family with suspicion.

Background: Stan Li is the cousin, science partner, and (briefly) heir, of the late Li Bu - the Silver Falcon. Like Bu he is also the grandson of both the 1920's crime-fighter the Blue Falcon and the Falcon's aide Tiger. He had helped Bu with developing and maintaing the Silver Falcon and Night Dove equipment. After his cousin's recent sacrifice, he decided to honour his family's legacy. He became the Steel Falcon.

However, shortly after debuting and joining the American Rangers, his cousin returned. Moving out of his cousin's lair, he set up shop in his recently departed and returned to home down the coast.

Appearance: Steel Falcon is a 5'10, 172 lb. Sino-American with black hair and brown eyes. His costume is bluish-silver with bluish-silver wings.

Steel Falcon was created and designed by Ken Hallaron, after Neil Lindgren's concept.
